Data provided by RS Ministry of Interior shows that in first six months of 2010 there were 377 economic crimes, which is increase by 26.1% compared to the same period in 2009.

The prosecutions received 260 reports, which is increase by 40.5%, with 362 perpetrators identified, 24% more than last year.

Most perpetrators were reported due to misuse of authority and competences (62), business fraud (49), money forgery (34) and other forms of economic crime.
